Electrovaya Completes Private Placement
Not for distribution in the United States newswire services or for dissemination in the United StatesToronto, Ontario – May 30, 2018 Electrovaya Inc. (TSX: EFL) (OTCQX:EFLVF) (“Electrovaya”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement, consisting of 4,450,001 units (the “Units”) for gross proceeds of $667,500. Each Unit comprises one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 36 months from the date hereof. The proceeds of the Offering will be used for general working capital purposes. The Common Shares composing the Units and underlying the Warrants have been conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
